What to Expect When You Start Re:flux

This isn’t just a supplement. It’s a reset.

Re:flux isn’t a band-aid. It’s a tool that helps your body heal the real reasons behind your reflux — from weak valve tone and slow motility to inflamed tissue and acid in the wrong place. And like any true transformation, the process takes time.

Here’s what you can expect when you begin:

Week 1–2: Support Kicks In

Relief begins. Your body starts to remember how it’s supposed to work.

  • You may start to notice:
    Less burning after meals
    Fewer “surprise” episodes of regurgitation
    Less bloating or fullness
  • If you're still taking a PPI: this is your foundation phase. Re:flux is building support underneath.

Tip: Take Re:flux consistently (2 caps before breakfast and dinner), and give your body time to respond.

Week 3–5: Deeper Shifts

Motility improves. Your stomach starts clearing better. Tissue begins healing.

  • If you’re weaning off PPIs, this is where rebound acid may show up.
  • Re:flux helps soften that blow — but you may still feel a temporary increase in symptoms.
  • Stick with the protocol. This is where most people would normally give up. You won’t.

Tip: Stay upright after meals. Small changes (like elevating your bed or not eating late at night) make a big difference here.

Week 6–8: Healing Momentum

Your body is adapting. You're using Re:flux instead of suppression.

  • You’ll likely notice:
Clearer cause-and-effect between food and symptoms
    Less reliance on emergency meds
A more stable baseline, even with occasional indulgences

Tip: Use Re:flux proactively. Don’t just wait for symptoms — build resilience through consistency.

Week 9 and Beyond: Confidence Returns

You’re no longer reacting. You’re managing. You’re healing.

  • Many people:
  • Stay off PPIs entirely
  • Tolerate previous trigger foods in moderation
  • Use Re:flux daily or as needed during stress or dietary shifts

Tip: Healing isn’t linear. You might have flare-ups. That doesn’t mean it’s not working — it means your body is still learning.

What If I Don’t Feel Better Right Away?

You’re not alone. Re:flux isn’t a “feel it instantly” pill. It’s a root-cause product. If you’ve been on PPIs for years, your system may need time to re-regulate. Stick with it.

Every bottle is a message to your body: I trust you to heal.
